As JamDom.com is an online social environment, we do our best to keep the environment safe and fun for all. While staying true to the competitive nature surrounding the game, we welcome you to be competitive without abusing the rights of others. We respect other people’s rights, and expect you to do the same. We need your help to do that, which includes the following commitments:

1. You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.
2. You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
3. You will not post content or take any action on JamDom.com that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law.
4. You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on JamDom.com.
5. You will not collect users’ content or information, or otherwise access JamDom.com, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
6. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on JamDom.com.
7. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of JamDom.com.
8. JamDom.com does not endorse or promote gun violence, so we ask that you refrain from having photos of guns in your profile.
9. We can remove any content or information you post on JamDom if we believe that it violates any of the above.
10. You will not cheat. CHEATING WILL NOT be tolerated on JamDom. Top ranks will be scrutinized and will be removed when concrete evidence of abuse is found.

While we prefer to have all players continue to enjoy the site, we will stand behind and enforce JamDom.com’s Code of Conduct for the benefit of all players.  Standard members and VIPs who continue to breach the code of conduct (after being warned about previous breaches) will be banned from the site.  In such circumstances, the player forfeits his/her right to a refund of any form.
